Architect fetches Anthem/MacDonald Ranch 4BD

Gregory J. Moore and Melissa Digregorio Moore bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1252 Vietti St. in Henderson from Joshua A. Elias for $450,000 on Aug. 26.

The property was previously acquired for $922,467 in Aug. 2006. The 4,462-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.

Mr. Moore is an architect licensed to practice in Nevada and Hawaii. He creates traditional and contemporary commercial designs.

The Moores also sold a home at 5494 Castle Vista Court in Las Vegas for $420,000 in March 2003 and at 1569 Foothills Village Drive in Henderson for $1.4 million on March 30.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 10,945 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $150,000.
