Executive director gets Las Vegas 5BD

Thomas G. Pfundstein and Lynne Pfundstein bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 10145 Prattville Ave. in Las Vegas from Progressive Assets LP for $306,000 on Aug. 26.
Progressive Assets LP acquired the property on Aug. 4. The 3,468-square-foot home in Southwest Ranches was built in 2003. It is located in the Russell Fort Apache subdivision.
Pfundstein has served as a senior executive director at Southern Nevada PDCA/FCA.
The Pfundsteins also own a house at 1226 Mint Julep Way in Las Vegas. They paid $165,500 for the property in Feb. 1996.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,732 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
