Douglas J. Zinni and Carole M. Zinni have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 660 Pinnacle Court in Mesquite for $330,000.

The property was previously acquired for $499,900 in Sept. 2005. The 3,527-square-foot house, which was built in 1996, is in Oasis Golf Course/North of 15. It is located in Pinnacle of Mesquite subdivision. Jared Jones of Horizon Realty Group is the listing agent.

Dr. Zinni is a surgeon in practice for 30 years. He specializes in general and pediatric surgery and is affiliated with Morgan Hospital And Medical Center, Boulder City Hospital, and Mesa View Regional Hospital.

He received a medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

The Zinnis also sold a home at 336 Quiet Harbor Drive in Henderson for $345,000 in July 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 751 home sales in Mesquite during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,000.
