Roger L. Grandgenett II and Felicia Galati sold a three-bedroom, 2.75 bath home at 9713 Cameo Rose Lane in Las Vegas to Samuel D. Esparza and Tanya H. Esparza for $342,500 on Sept. 6.

Grandgenett and Galati paid $449,000 for the property in Dec. 2003. The 2,934-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Summerlin North. It is located in the Country Rose Estates at the Trails subdivision.

Mr. Grandgenett, a certified human resources professional, is a shareholder at the law firm Littler Mendelson, where his practice areas include discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, hiring, performance management and termination, labor management relations and class actions. He has worked as an adjunct professor in civil procedure and administrative law at the Community College of Southern Nevada. He also served as publication editor at Communique and the Clark County Bar Journal. Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, he worked as a law clerk at a boutique labor and employment law firm in Las Vegas.

He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. from the University of Kansas, School of Law.

Ms. Galati is a lawyer at the firm Olson, Cannon, Gormley & Desruisseaux, where her practice areas include legal malpractice, professional liability and insurance defense.

She earned her bachelor's degree from York University and her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario.

Grandgenett and Galati also sold homes at 3944 Narrow Canyon St. and 3205 Rainmaker St. in Las Vegas.
