Ila Kripalani sold a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath home at 2273 Buckingham Court in Henderson for $495,000 on Sep. 16.
The 3,650-square-foot house was built in 1990 at Fountains subdivision.
Ms. Kripalani is a business consultant and owner of Laany Financial Services in Las Vegas. She served as director of investor relations at StorRite LLC. She also held a similar role RMI Investment Services, LLC.
She attended Thames University in London.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,009 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a media sales price of $148,000.
