Erich Christian Bollinger and Lisa Elizabeth Bollinger sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2192 Big Bar Drive in Henderson to Rima Abrehem for $440,000 on Aug. 29.
Erich Christian Bollinger and Lisa Elizabeth Bollinger paid $440,000 for the property in Sept. 12, 2008.
The 3,000-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.
Mr. Bollinger is the executive vice president and chief banking officer of Plaza Bank. Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief corporate banking officer of Nevada State Bank, senior vice president of Bank of America and City National Bank.
He earned his economics degree from Claremont McKenna College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,062 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
