Kimberly D. Koker and Daniel N. Koker have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8756 Rainbow Ridge Drive in Las Vegas for $550,000.

The Kokers paid $407,000 for the property in Dec. 1996. The 2,747-square-foot house was built in 1989 in Southwest Las Vegas. It is part of Canyon Gate Country Club. Kenneth Lowman of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas is the home's listing agent.

Ms. Koker is a businesswoman and the owner of four different enterprises, including Desert Moon Productions, a television production company, Tower Management LLC, a broadcasting company, as well as the property management firms, Oak Hill Enterprises LLC and Banyan Properties LLC. She is responsible in managing operations, working with different television and radio stations. She is a member of the National Wild Horse Association and a supporter of Heaven Can Wait Equine Rescue.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,317 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $100,000.
