Marketing firm owner lists Henderson 4BD

Todd I. Grotstein has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2242 Driftwood Tide Ave. in Henderson for $547,000.

Grotstein paid $1.25 million for the property in Sept. 2005. The 3,518-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch. Leslie Carver of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent.

Grotstein is the owner and president at Nexus 30, a specialized sales and marketing organization leading developers in the design, marketing and sale of resort, urban and mixed-use communities. Previously, he was director of the high rise division at Prudential Americana Group.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,063 sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
