NBA player selling Las Vegas 5BD for $2.9M

Medium 67ef08401fe098517e327618e98ffb26 Baron Davis has listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 37 Olympia Circle in Las Vegas for $2.9 million.

Davis paid $325,000 for the house in Jan. 2001. The 9,029-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Bard/Central Enterprise and is located in Southern Highlands subdivision. Tanya Murray of Realty Executives of Nevada is the listing agent.

Davis is a professional basketball player with the Cleveland Cavaliers of the NBA. He was drafted as the third pick in the 1999 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets and was a star at Crossroads School and UCLA. He has led Charlotte to the second round of the playoffs in back-to-back years in 2001 and 2002, was selected as an injury replacement for Vince Carter in the 2002 NBA All-Star Game and continued to play for the US national team in the 2002 FIBA World Championship. In July, 2005, he was traded to the Golden State Warriors for guard Speedy Claxton and veteran forward Dale Davis and eventually led the team in 2006-2007 season to their first playoffs since 1994. In 2008, he signed a five-year, $65 million deal to play for his hometown-team, the Los Angeles Clippers. On Feb. 24, he was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers, marking a reunion with his former coach Byron Scott.
