Sue Haron and Hirmis Haron have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 8905 Las Montanas Ave. in Las Vegas for $350,000.

The Harons previously acquired the property for $880,000 in Feb. 2007. The 4,396-square-foot house, which was built in 1996, is in Greater Spring Valley. Mark Merrill of O48 Realty is the listing agent.

Ms. Haron has been a senior purchasing agent at John Laing Homes-Luxury Division, a realty services and property development firm. She was also with home building and community specialist Taylor Woodrow Homes as senior purchasing agent, options administrator and options purchasing agent. In addition, she was in the accounts payable department at Taylor Woodrow.

She attended Cypress College.

Mr. Haron is the owner of Stewart Associates, a management consultancy and marketing support services provider.

The Harons also sold a home at 197 Ginger Root Court also in Las Vegas for $829,000 in Jan. 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,816 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $109,000.
