Former MLB left fielder lists in Henderson for $3.25M

Martin K. Cordova has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 47 Club Vista Drive in Henderson for $3.25 million.

Cordova paid $600,500 for the property in Feb. 2002. The 10,063-square-foot home in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch was built in 2003. Deidre Hayden of Cheryl Davis and Associates is the listing agent.

Cordova is a former Major League Baseball left fielder who played for the Minnesota Twins, Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians and Baltimore Orioles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,063 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
