Credit Union exec lists Masters 5BD

J. Alan Pughes has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2428 Tour Edition Drive in Henderson for $360,000.

The property was previously acquired for $335,915 in Jan. 1998. The 3,945-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in Greater Green Valley. It is located in Masters subdivision. Lisa Lundt of Universal Realty, Inc. is the listing agent.

Mr. Pughes was the former president and chief executive officer at Community One Federal Credit Union. He was also president and CEO at Silver State Schools Federal Credit Union. Before those, he was president at both Lowry Federal Credit Union and at Metro Catholic Credit Union. He is a member of Credit Union Development Educators, Banking and Credit Union Network, Community Development Banking, American Association of Government Finance, and others.

He received a business and finance degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business and a real estate and financial management degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Pughes also owns a home at 2842 Mill Point Drive in Henderson.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,063 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
