Gerard R. Shulman and Susan N. Shulman have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 10100 Crescent Mesa Lane in Las Vegas for $629,000.
The 4,239-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Summerlin North. The Shulmans paid $1.25 million for the property in July 2005. Vesselka Rizova of Horizon Realty Group is the agent for the listing.
Ms. Shulman owns Ticketconnectors.com, a full-service national ticket brokerage.
She holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Nevada - Reno and a master's degree in elementary education from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas.
