Casale is the president of Patrick Casale and Associates in Las Vegas, where he provides creative health programs. He is currently the CEO of the Multicare Group in the U.S. and is a member of the board of directors of the Clark County Association of Health Underwriters.

Casale previously sold a home at 8212 Defiance Ave. in Las Vegas for $435,000 in Nov. 2006.
