Toy co. owner buys Summerlin North for $1.32M

Peter Henry Asher and Sara Beth Geier Latorre bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 1413 Iron Hills Lane in Las Vegas from Nancy G. Neilsen for $1.32 million on Oct. 27.
The Neilsens paid $2.625 million for the property in Sept. 2004. The 6,688-square-foot house was built in 1996 in Summerlin North.
Asher is a toy industry veteran. He is the owner of X-Concepts, LLC, a developer, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of its own toy products such as Tech Deck mini-replica skateboards.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,198 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $99,900.
