Laundromat execs list Eagle Ridge home

Steven M. Kazarian and Karen Sue Nickels have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4686 Dream Catcher Ave. in Las Vegas for $389,000.
Kazarian and Nickels paid $690,000 for the property in May 2005. The 3,681-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Northwest Las Vegas. It is part of the Eagle Ridge subdivision. Carrie Spargur-DeSanctis is the listing agent.
Kazarian is the owner and chief executive officer of Busy Bee Laundromat, founded in 2005 and located in Las Vegas. He is also the owner of Karen's Kreations.
Nickels is the financial director of Busy Bee Laundromat.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,650 home sales in the Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $107,000.
