Stacey Tovino is a professor of law at William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Previously, she was an associate professor of law at Drake University Law School and at Hamline University School of Law. Prior to that, she was a visiting assistant professor, research professor, and adjunct professor at University of Houston Law Center.

She received her B.A. from Tulane University, obtained her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her Ph.D. from the University of Texas Medical Branch.
