Julie Kaswen bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8361 Los Monteros St. in Las Vegas from Richard Barkemeyer for $349,000 on Oct. 14.

The 2,704-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Northwest Las Vegas. It is located in Rio Largo Estate subdivision. Barkemeyer paid $27,000 for the property in Nov. 2001.

Kaswen serves as managing director at One Travel Inc. Previously, she worked as a customer service agent at Lowestfare.com.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 27,864 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $107,000.
