Jaren T. Jensen, D.D.S. and Britney L. Jensen bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 10521 Haywood Drive in Las Vegas from Devon Dahl and Heather Dahl for $325,000 on Sept. 29.

The Dahls paid $699,900 for the property in June 2004. The 3,723-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Summerlin North. It is part of the Wisteria Hills In Summerlin subdivision.

Jensen is a pediatric dentist practicing in Los Angeles, Scottsdale and Las Vegas. He is a certified member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

He earned his B.S. from Brigham Young University, then went on to graduate from Creighton University School of Dentistry. After receiving his D.D.S., he specialized in pediatric dentistry at the University of Southern California.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,650 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $107,000.
