Brand manager takes 3BD in Las Vegas

Lizann Annette Grupalo Chifuch bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 10578 Abbotsbury Drive in Las Vegas from Luellen S. Christen and Shelly One for $345,000 on Oct. 27.
Christen paid $365,000 for the property in June 2009. The 2,376-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Summerlin North. It is part of the Glenleigh Gardens At Summerlin subdivision.
Chifuch is brand manager in the Fine Wine Division at Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada, a wine, spirits, beer and beverage distribution company. Prior to SWS of Nevada, she previously was regional sales manager at Caesars Entertainment Corp. and business director at Carina Black Inc. She's also been the Pacific West regional sales manager for Robert Mondavi Winery at Robert Mondavi, was field marketing manager at E&J Gallo Winery, and district sales manager for Los Angeles at Allied Domecq.
She holds an M.B.A. from Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. from Santa Clara University.
Christen is the owner of the Fountain Group, a national provider of contingent labor resources.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,650 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $107,000.
