Mr. Witthun is lead attorney at Kenosha County Child Support Agency and serves as president of the child support organization Woodford County Special Education Association. He is also the assistant director of DAFS Operations for Clark County, Nevada. He previously was an attorney with Steinhafel, Smith & Rowen, S.C. and Bascom Law Office.
He obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and earned a B.S. in public policy and administration from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
