Sisay G. Kidane and Rahel Tekabe sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8120 Tiara Cove Circle in Las Vegas to Simha Barashy for $319,300 on Oct. 27.
The 3,254-square-foot house was built in 1992 at Desert Shores subdivision in West Las Vegas.
Kidane works as a network engineer at City National Bank. Prior to that, he was a senior network engineer at Nevada Cancer Institute. He has also worked at First Health, and at the City of Phoenix.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,198 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $99,900.
