Lawyer settles in Hernderson 4BD

Matthew C. Zirzow bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12 Summit Walk Trail in Henderson from John Albert Repetti Jr. and Robyn Jo Repetti for $516,000 on Oct. 27.

The Repettis bought the property for $975,000 in May 2005. The 3,374-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.

Zirzow is a shareholder in the law firm, Gordon Silver. He is part of the firm's business restructuring and bankruptcy department.

He holds a B.A. from the University of Florida, and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 10,984 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $146,400.
