Bank executive opts for sale 4BD in Las Vegas

Brenda S. Chow and Ronald J. Foglia have listed for sale a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 7785 Rosada Way in Las Vegas for $499,900.
Chow and Foglia paid $802,414 for the property in March 2007. The 4,454-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Northwest Las Vegas. Polly Watts of Maxim Properties is the listing agent.
Chow is the vice president at BankWest of Nevada, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She is also the owner of RJF & BSC Investments LLC.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,650 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $107,000.
