Robert C. Caller and Janice E. Caller have relisted for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 209 Aventura St. in Las Vegas for $459,900.

The Callers originally listed the home with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty for $489,000 in Aug. 2010. John McNamara of Prudential Americana Group is the current listing agent.

The Callers paid $860,000 for the property in April 2006. The 2,814-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Summerlin North.

Robert Caller serves as an adviser at Bally Technologies Inc., a Las Vegas-based company that designs, manufactures, operates and distributes advanced gaming devices, systems and technology solutions. He served as chief financial officer, executive vice president and treasurer of the company. Prior to Bally Technologies, he spent 30 years with Ernst & Young as a partner.
