Romer paid $449,500 for the property in Jan. 2004, the same year the 5,266-square-foot home in Bard/Central Enterprise was built. It is located in the Royal Highlands at Southern Highlands subdivision. Heidi Winston of RE/MAX Benchmark Realty is the listing agent.

Romer, a food and beverage professional, has served as manager at Herbst Gaming Inc., a Las Vegas-based company that engages in slot route and casino operations. He previously held managerial positions at Primm Valley Resorts and Casinos, Imperial Palace, Primadonna Casino Resorts, Whiskey Pete's Casino, Casino Magic, Grand Casino, Checker's Restaurants and Quincy's Steak House. He has also served as director of marketing at Bosch Inc.

He has a B.S. in business and industrial management from San Jose State University, an M.S. in human resource management from Troy State University and an M.S. in personnel management from Troy University in Montgomery.

Romer previously sold a home at 3993 Genoa Drive in Las Vegas for $335,000 in January 2004.
