Joshua L. Mednick and Mary Suzohne Mednick have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 8555 Killians Greens Drive in Las Vegas for $329,900.

Mednick paid $678,285 for the property in June 2007. The 3,276-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Northeast Las Vegas. It is part of the Silverstone Ranch subdivision. Gail Van Luit of Simply Vegas is the listing agent for the property.

Joshua Mednick is an executive level media professional. He held various executive positions in the industry which include vice president and general manager at Univision Radio, station manager and director of sales at Riviera Broadcast Group, and general sales manager at Clear Channel Radio/WFLZ FM. He also served as director of sales at CBS Radio/KEZR FM KBAY FM, vice president and general manager at CBS Radio/KXYZ, and vice president and station manager at Super Q Radio.
