Dental lab owner buys Summerlin North 4BD

Grant Maier and Trisha M. Maier bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2700 Grassy Spring Place in Las Vegas from David M Normington and Debra Bush Normington for $820,000 on Dec. 9.
The Normingtons acquired the property in June 2011. The 3,601-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Summerlin North. It is part of the Rock Country Club at Summerlin subdivision.
Grant Maier is the owner of Aurum Ceramic Dental Laboratories Ltd., founded in 1961, headquartered in Calgary, Province of Albert in Canada and offers supplies, products, services, and programs of restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,831 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
