Wade Dann and Roxanne Dann sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2993 Via Meridiana in Henderson to Bertrand Lessard and Renee Lacasse for $305,000 on Nov. 22.
The 2,178-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Seven Hills Area. It is located in the Seven Hills subdivision.
Wade Dann was the co-founder of the law firm based in Seattle, Dann & Meacham, formed in 1993, which was then acquired by Peel Brimley LLP in 2005. His practice concentrates in the areas of commercial law, business law, construction law, corporate law, government contracts, investments and litigation.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Washington State University and J.D. from Hastings College of Law at the University of California.
