LeeJon Moore and Kristi Moore bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 3209 Turtle Head Peak Drive in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Toby K. Davis and Robert E. Davis Jr. for $700,000 on Nov. 22.

The Davises paid $879,600 for the property in September 2003, the same year the 3,823-square-foot home in Summerlin North was built. It is located in the Rock Country Club at Summerlin subdivision.

LeeJon Moore is an anesthesiologist at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Washington and completed his residency at the University of Miami.

Dr. Moore previously sold homes in Unincorporated Las Vegas at 10881 Keymar Drive for $699,000 in November 2009 and at 11284 Merado Peak Drive for $600,000 in December 2007.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,831 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
