Peter Lik sold a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 4 Sable Ridge Court in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Bekim Veseli for $4.5 million on Nov. 22.

Lik paid $5.39 million for the property in September 2007. The 9,568-square-foot home, built in 2005, is in Summerlin North. It is located in the Summerlin Village subdivision.

Lik is an Australian landscape photographer and the owner of Lik USA. He is featured in the television series "From the Edge with Peter Lik" on The Weather Channel. Previously, he owned a gallery and publishing company in Cairns, Queensland and worked for Tourism Queensland in Australia.

Veseli also bought condos in Unincorporated Las Vegas at 6865 Tamarus St. for $44,224 in May 2011, 7255 Sunset Rd. for $54,000 in July 2011 and 3145 Flamingo Rd. for $56,000 in August 2011.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,831 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
