Family practitioner buys 2BD condo in Las Vegas

Patrick Ng and Bette Ng bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 4525 Dean Martin Drive in Las Vegas from Lydia Scott for $330,500 on Dec. 27.
Scott, along with Erik Scott, paid $795,000 for the property in January 2007. The 2,230-square-foot condo, Unit 2406, is part of the Panorama Towers condominium development, built in 2006 and located in Las Vegas.
Patrick Ng is a family medicine practitioner at Jacobs & Modaber Primary Care.
He earned his M.D. from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine Science, Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Middlesex Hospital in Connecticut.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,027 condo sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $55,000.
