Tingey paid $794,350 for the property in January 2007. The 3,015-square-foot home in Summerlin North was built in 2005.

Tingey is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery.

He has a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an M.D. from Wake Forest University. He completed his surgical internship and orthopaedic surgical residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,339 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $99,000.
