Building co. VP sells 5BD home in Henderson

Jordan P. Bennett sold a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 14 Brandermill Drive in Henderson to Siarhei Kuraka for $635,000 on Nov. 22.

Bennett bought the property for $545,000 in February 2008. The 3,537-square-foot house, built in 1999, is in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.

Bennett is the vice president and controller of finance at Perini Building Company Inc., which specializes in general contracting, construction management and design services.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,066 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,000.
