Project manager buys 4BD home in Henderson

Bret Mathew Beitz and Kristin R. Beitz bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1600 Rocking Horse Drive in Henderson from Stacy A. Daniels for $417,000 on Nov. 23.

The Daniels acquired the property in May 2002. The 3,449-square-foot house, built in 2004, is in Henderson Townsite/Carver Park.

Bret Beitz is a project manager at ValleyCrest Companies. Previously, he was an aviation electronic technician.

He obtained his B.S. in networking/communication management from DeVry University.

Kristin Beitz is a physician assistant at Kozmary Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,076 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,000.
