Hotel exec sells 5BD in Las Vegas

Julian D. Griffiths and Claudia Griffiths sold a five-bedroom, 3.75-bath home at 908 Las Palomas Drive in Las Vegas to Ellis D. Dinsmore Jr. and Debora R. Dinsmore for $405,000 on Dec. 15.
The Griffiths's paid $775,000 for the property in May 2007. The 3,540-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Summerlin North.
Julian Griffiths is vice president of food and beverage at The Mirage. He previously was food and beverage executive director at Wynn Las Vegas, at The New York Palace Hotel and at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Before that, he worked with The Carlyle Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC.
He received his bachelor's degree from Worecster Technical College.
Claudia Griffiths is a fashion designer and the founder of Claudia's Bowtique Inc., a children and ladies line of accessories inspired by Swarovski Crystals, feathers and buttons.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,339 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $99,000.
