Phillip R. Devore and Michele Morgan Devore sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 3849 Cranbrook Hill St. in Las Vegas to Mario Luraschi, Thierry Sanchez and Kathryn Baker for $315,000 on Dec. 28.

The Devores paid $329,500 for the property in August 1998, the same year the 4,681-square-foot house in Northern Las Vegas was built. It is located in the El Capitan Ranch subdivision.

Phillip Devore is a denstist at Town Center Dental in Las Vegas and a part-time dentistry teacher at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine. Previously, he was a private practice consultant and dental director for Futuredontics Inc.

He earned his D.D.S. from University of California, Los Angelos, School of Dentistry.

Michele Devore is the executive director of Dinosaurs and Roses, a nonprofit resale store.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,339 home sales in Las Vegas during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $99,000.
