Jack J. Stemlieb sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo unit at 322 Karen Ave. in Las Vegas to Karen Von Der Ahe for $475,000 on Dec. 22.

Stemlieb previously acquired the property for $381,300 in June 2010.

The 1,657-square-foot Unit 3208 is one of the 636 units at Turnberry Towers at Paradise condo development, which was built in 2006. It is located in Las Vegas Country Club.

Stemlieb is a thoracic surgeon. He specializes in cardiothoracic vascular surgery and is affiliated with the Heart Institute of the Desert as a surgeon.

He received a medical degree from the University of Sherbrooke and completed a thoracic surgery residency at the Hospital of the Good Samaritan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,831 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
