William K. Van Aken and Stefanie Van Aken paid $737,942 for the property in May 2006. The 3,779-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.

Eric Koglin serves as the manager of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's environmental technology verification program of the site characterization and monitoring technology pilot. His responsibilities are in the implementation of the demonstration, verification and information diffusion activities on site characterization and monitoring technologies. He had served as staff hydrologist of the environmental sciences division of the national exposure research laboratory (formerly known as the Environmental Monitoring Systems Laboratory) in Las Vegas.

He earned his bachelor's degree in geology from Indiana State University and an M.S in hydrology from the University of Arizona.

She earned his B.S. in history from the University of San Diego.
