Matt Gormley bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 56 Fountainhead Circle in Henderson from McBeath Holdings LLC for $415,000 on Dec. 21.
The 2,513-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.
Gormley served as sales director of Hello Las Vegas, a destination management company. Previously, he worked as sales director for DMC in Las Vegas and was the division director for March of Dimes.
He received a B.A. from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,076 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,000.
