Realtor buys 4BD home in Seven Hills Area

Beverly Prock bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2228 Martinique Ave. in Henderson from Kenneth Chang Huey Wu for $555,000 on Dec. 22.

Wu paid $495,000 for the property in Jan. 2010. The 4,486-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Seven Hills Area.

Prock is a Realtor at Prudential Americana Group. She was originally from Northern California and moved to Las Vegas in 1995. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, she was a property manager in Oakland California for 9 years.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,076 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,000.
