Regional manager buys 3BD in Las Vegas

Kirk J. Lamonte and Jennifer D. Lamonte bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2319 Malaga Peak St. in Las Vegas from Thomas S. Matteucci and Marianne Matteucci for $300,000 on Dec. 2.
The 3,158-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Summerlin North. It is located in Summerlin Village.
Kirk Lamonte was the regional manager of West Coast, sales-Las Vegas at Innovative Carpets. He is the former hospitality western regional manager at Milliken & Co. and territory manager at Shaw Industries.
He holds an M.S. and a B.S. degree in physical education both from Louisiana Tech University.
Thomas Matteucci practices general dentistry in Las Vegas.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,905 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
