Healthcare co. exec lists 3BD home in Las Vegas

Charles L. Ruthe and Donna Ruthe have listed for sale a three-bedroom, five-bath home at 16 Vintage Court in Las Vegas (unincorporated) for $2 million.
The 5,893-square-foot house, built in 1988, is in the Estates at Spanish Trail subdivision in Greater Spring Valley. Donna A. Ruthe of Today's Realty Inc. is the listing agent.
Charles Ruthe is the director of Sierra Health Services Inc., a healthcare company. Previously, he was the president and a consultant at Boyd Gaming Corporation, the president of Nevada State Chamber of Commerce and the director of First Interstate Bank of Nevada.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,905 home sales in Las Vegas (unincorporated) during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
