Darren Cahill and Victoria Cahill bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 2661 Red Arrow Drive in Las Vegas from John T. Moran III for $1.85 million on Dec. 8.
Moran paid $422,500 for the property in November 2002. The 7,073-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Summerlin North. It is located in Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin subdivision.
Darren Cahill is a retired professional tennis player who now serves a tennis coach to Ernest Gulbis and Andy Murray. He is also a technical analyst for ESPN.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 33,088 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
