Ghanima Maassarani bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 11733 Costa Blanca Ave. in Las Vegas from Yonata Rubin and Mitchell Rubin for $340,000 on Dec. 22.

The Rubins paid $638,064 for the property in July 2006, the same year the 3,110-square-foot home in Summerlin North was built.

Maassarani is the chief executive officer of Inova management Co., the majority owner of all of the Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine centers. Before that, she served as executive clinical coordinator at Pacific Fertility Centers.

She earned her M.D. from Wilhelm Pieck University in Germany and attended Pepperdine University's George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. She is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist.

Yonata Rubin has served as director of training at Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,468 home sales in Las Vegas during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $98,100.
