David J. Trylovich and Monica Z. Trylovich sold a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2691 Ponte Vecchio Terrace in Henderson to Kenneth G. Ladd II and Ila Dee Ladd for $1.09 million on Jan. 3.

The Tryloviches paid $355,500 for the property in August 2001. The 7,084-square-foot house, built in 2003, is in Seven Hills Area.

David Trylovich is a periodontist at Las Vegas & Henderson Periodontics Ltd.

He earned his dental degree from Loyola University Dental School and completed his periodontal training at the University of Missouri.

The Tryloviches also sold homes at 79 Myrtle Beach Drive and 140 Pin High Circle in Henderson.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,133 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $145,000.
