Emergency medicine specialist lists Las Vegas 3BD

Randolph M. Shiraishi and Colleen A. Shiraishi have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 8944 Echo Ridge Drive in Las Vegas for $318,000.

The Shiraishis paid $254,900 for the property in May 1994, the same year the 2,690-square-foot home in Southwest Las Vegas was built. It is part of the Canyon Gate Country Club subdivision. Tammy Burns of Terra West Management Services is the listing agent.

Randolph Shiraishi practices emergency medicine.

He received his M.D. from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii. He completed his residency at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and the Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,480 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $98,000.
