Angela M. Serraile and Carlton Cotton have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 604 Puenta Del Rey St. in Las Vegas for $369,000.

Serraile and Cotton paid $826,756 for the property in January 2007. The 2,596-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Summerlin North. William Myers of Caliber Realty Group is the listing agent for the property.

Serraile has been the manager of Clinical Informatics (FHS/FHH/THC) at United Healthcare. She has also been the owner of Serraile Cotton Enterprises, LLC.

She attended Grambling State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,340 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $98,000.
