Supervisor and media exec buy in Summerlin North

Greg M. Flamer and Fletcher V. Whitwell bought a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 11348 La Madre Ridge Drive in Las Vegas from Michael J. Price and Danielle Price for $680,000 on Jan. 18.
The Prices paid $1.13 million for the property in October 2004. The 3,579-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Summerlin North. It is part of the Red Rock Country Club At Summerlin subdivision.
Flamer has been a supervisor at Family Services at Clark County. He previously served as A&R director at Hartgrove Hospital. He also served as SASS at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago.
He has an M.S. in marital and family therapy from Northwestern University and a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Whitwell serves as the vice president of Media and Digital Activation and chief architect at R&R Partners, a marketing and advertising firm. Prior to joining R&R, he was an associate media director at Starcom.
He attended the University of Mississippi.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,526 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
