Tony A. Vu sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11528 White Cliffs Ave. in Las Vegas to Roger L. Laliberte and Rachel M. Laliberte for $370,000 on Jan. 25.
Tony A. Vu and Lia M. Vu paid $829,000 for the property in March 2005. The 3,304-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Summerlin North.
Tony Vu is a chiropractor who operates his own private practice, Rainbow Chiropractic Center, in Las Vegas.
He attended Wichita State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,386 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $98,000.
